Stonehaven Apartments  - (Public Housing) We Take Applications from the 11th until the end of the month....

Public housing was established by the federal government to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Stonehaven Apartments is the only public housing property in Georgetown.

It was built between 1967 and 1973, and has 158 one, two, three and four bedroom units and is a mix of elderly residents, disabled residents, and families.

Currently, we maintain a 99% occupancy rate. However, our waiting list is approximately nine (9) to twelve (12) months long.

  • Within Stonehaven Apartments is the Stonehaven Senior Center, a county-funded social activity center for people over 62 who live in the Williamson County area, and the Boys & Girls Club of Georgetown, the first and only Boys & Girls Club in Georgetown and Williamson County.
