Application Process

To apply, you must do the following:

  1. Print out the application form and fill out both sides.
  2. Print out the application renewal form and fill it out also.
  3. Mail in your application and application renewal form with a copy of your driver's license or picture identification card, and a copy of your social security card to:

    P. O. Box 60
    Georgetown, TX 78627

You ONLY need to mail a copy of your driver's license or picture ID and social security card for the person filling out the application for housing (the head of household).

If you do not completely fill out the application or the application renewal form, or fail to include a copy of your driver's license or picture ID AND your social security card, your application will be returned and you will not be placed on the waiting list for housing.


Update a Current Application

To update an application that is already on the waiting list, you must do the following:

  1. Print out the Update Form and fill it out completely.
  2. Mail in your update form to the address above. Make sure to sign and date your update form.
  3. You need to update your application any time your address, phone number, income, or family composition changes.
