Meet Our Dedicated Staff

Nikki Brennan,  Executive Director-

I have been a resident of Georgetown for 24 years.  I joined Georgetown Housing Authority 8 years ago.  I have 27 years experience in property management, 13 of which are in affordable housing.

Jeff, my husband, and I have been married 24 years and have five children ages 11-24 with three in college, one graduate, and our lovely sixth grader. 

We are members of St. Helen’s Catholic Church and thank the Lord for all our many blessings.

       
Shannon Kelly, Dir Housing Operations-

I have been with the Georgetown Housing Authority for eight years.  I started as the Section 8 Coordinator and have been director of Operations for almost two years.

I am from Dallas, Texas but have lived in Austin since 1985.  I graduated from Lanier High School and attended Austin Community College.  I am not married and live with my two pit bulls dos, Bully and Winnie.

 

Norma Perales, ROSS Coordinator-

Hello, my name is Norma B. Perales.  I was born in Georgetown and after many years in other parts of the country, I decided to come back home in the year 2002.  I became part of the Georgetown Housing Authority team of staff in June of 2008.  I am currently the Coordinator of the Resident Opportunities for Self Sufficiency program.  Previous to this position, I have been an assistant manager and manager as well.  I am a ‘people person’ who loves to empower and build self esteem in others.    My husband and I are the proud parents and grandparents of one son; two daughters; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
