Nikki
Brennan, Executive Director-
I have been a resident of
Georgetown for 24 years. I joined Georgetown
Housing Authority 8 years ago. I
have 27 years experience in property management, 13 of
which are in affordable housing.
Jeff, my husband, and I have been
married 24 years and have five children ages 11-24 with
three in college, one graduate, and our lovely sixth
grader.
We are members of St. Helen’s
Catholic Church and thank the Lord for all our many
blessings. |

Shannon Kelly,
Dir Housing Operations-
I have been with the
Georgetown Housing Authority for eight years. I started as the
Section 8 Coordinator and have been director of Operations for
almost two years.I am
from Dallas, Texas but have lived in Austin since 1985. I
graduated from Lanier High School and attended Austin Community
College. I am not married and live with my two pit bulls dos,
Bully and Winnie. |

Norma Perales, ROSS Coordinator-
Hello, my name is Norma
B. Perales. I was born in Georgetown and after many years
in other parts of the country, I decided to come back home
in the year 2002. I became part of the Georgetown Housing
Authority team of staff in June of 2008. I am currently the
Coordinator of the Resident Opportunities for Self
Sufficiency program. Previous to this position, I have been
an assistant manager and manager as well. I am a ‘people
person’ who loves to empower and build self esteem in
others. My husband and I are the proud parents and
grandparents of one son; two daughters; seven grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren. |
