Nikki Brennan - Executive Director
My husband Jeff and I have been married 39 years, have five successful children, and eight prcious grandchildren. I have been a resident of Georgetown over 37 years. I joined Georgetown Housing Authority 23 years ago. I have 40 years of experience in property management, 28 of which are in affordable housing. We are members of Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church in Andice and thank the Lord for all our many blessings!

Shannon Kelly - Director of Housing Operations
I started as the Section 8 Coordinator and I am now the Director of Operations for the Georgetown Housing Authority.
I am from Dallas, Texas but have lived in Austin since 1985. I graduated from Lanier High School and attended Austin Community College.

Dahlia Gonzalez - ROSS Coordinator
I was born and raised in Texas. Graduated from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, in 1993 with a BA in Communication Arts.
I am happily married with two grown children. My husband and I are about to celebrate fifteen wonderful years of marriage.
My daughter works in accounting at the University of Texas. My son teaches Social Studies and Ethics at Eastview High School in East Austin.
I worked at the Georgetown Housing Authority from 2004-2008 as Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator and now have the pleasure of returning, as ROSS Services Coordinator. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be here.

Stonehaven Manager - Judy McKinnon
I joined the Georgetown Housing Authority on February 20th, 2019 as property manager. I am originally from Houston, Texas and I graduated from Clear Creek High School in 1984.
I have 31 years of experience in the apartment industry, I look forward to meeting GHA residents and serving this community.

Toni Ambrose - Section 8 Coordinator
I was born in Washington State, relocated to Arizona 10 years ago, & most recently moved to Texas. I have worked in housing for over 18 years and I am happy to be a part of the Georgetown Team. I look forward to meeting working with the community.

Osbaldo Kancheff Lead Maintenance
I started working for GHA as a temporary employee from September 23, 1992 to January 2, 1993. Mr. Ernest Lincoln, who was the ED at that time, hired me permanently in 1993, and I have been here since then.
I have a son and a daughter and a granddaughter. I love sports, cooking, fishing and hunting. I love my job and I try to enjoy it because I like helping my residents, GHA, and coworkers.

Juan Guillen Maintenance
I actually began working for Georgetown Housing Authority in 1985 as a contracted worker and was hired on in 1986 as an employee. I love maintenance work as well as making ready of vacant units. I have been here so long that the residents feel like family to me.
I am married and I have two sons and a daughter and two granddaughters.
